Payment:
Payment must be received in full prior to the
ad being posted.
Positioning:
All banner ads are offered on a first-come-first-serve
and non-exclusive basis.The advertiser acknowledges
and agrees that The Court Reporting Store does
not provide guarantees, inducements, warranties,
or other representations with respect to usage
statistics or levels of impressions for any
advertisement.
Terms:
A signed agreement must be delivered 7 days
before the ad start date. The Court Reporting
Store reserves the right to reject or refuse
any advertisements.
Renewal:
The Court Reporting Store does not automatically
renew advertisements. Any renewal or acceptance
of any additional advertising order shall be
at The Court Reporting Store's discretion. Pricing
for any renewal period is subject to change
by The Court Reporting Store from time to time.
Cancellations:
Except as otherwise provided, this advertising
agreement is non-cancelable by the advertiser
and payments are not refundable. |
